The garage is totally secure making it ideal for the storage of either a car or any type of household goods. Please be aware that we do not advertise the garages as water tight so goods must be stored in a correct manner.

The rent is £80.00 + VAT pcm payable by Direct Debit at the beginning of each month.

£100.00, fully refundable, key deposit is required.

Minimum rental period is 3 months and from then on 1 months notice is required to vacate.

The dimensions are approx. 8ft x 16ft. There is no water or electricity inside the garage.

There is 24 hour per day 7 day a week access.

You will need to provide copies of your I.D. and proof of address.
