The rent is £80.00 pcm + VAT payable by direct debit at the beginning of each month.

£100.00, fully refundable, key deposit is required.

Minimum rental period is 3 months and from then on 1 months notice is required to vacate.

The dimensions are approx. 8ft x 16ft. There is no water or electricity inside the garage.

There is 24 hour 7 day a week access.
